• Organization on a company level translates into clear objectives and the delegation of responsibilities and tasks; the delegation of tasks falls to the (team) leader. 
• Organization on a personal level refers to the organization of thoughts. This is especially relevant for leaders who are involved in important decisions and who need to have organized thoughts in order to make effective choices.
