• Virtue of patience is one of the most difficult rules, though not less important than the others. 
• This rule is especially important for leaders, who must remain calm and collected, even during stressful events. 
• The virtue of patience also translates into not always having a defense ready, but rather, being able to listen and remain quiet. 
• A leader must pick his or her battles and not try to win every single argument. 
• A good leader is someone who trusts the process and knows when to intervene, but more importantly, knows when to place themselves in the background and let team members come up with solutions on their own, as well as make mistakes.
