Keeping things as simple as possible is valuable because more often than not, the answer or solution is simple.
Leaders are responsible for making sure their teams know that simplicity is key and is preferred over complexity.
Leaders have a responsibility to be supportive and emotional in terms of communicating to their teams that there is no shame in not knowing how to do something.
Leaders are responsible for making tasks manageable, e.g., breaking jobs down into simpler tasks.
