Military Leadership And The 12-Inch Rule (Part 1)

How to be a 1 in 10,000 Leader?

The United States Air Force is know for producing great leaders. But, only one out of every 100 people who enlist reach its highest position; Chief Master Sergeant. Only one of 100 who become “Chief” achieve the highest recognition and become “Command Chief Master Sergeant.” That means that only 1 out of every 10,000 enlisted men or women reach the top rank of Command Chief Master Sergeant.

In part 1 of the interview “Brink” discusses some of the obstacles he faced during his leadership journey and how he overcame them.
